Manager MIS/FP&A at HCLTech. Budget and forecasts and to ensure timely release of various reporting requirements of business/corporate team for the respective business unit supported.

What you'll do

• Budget and forecasts and to ensure timely release of various reporting requirements of business/corporate team for the respective business unit supported
• Collaborate with business leaders to get the required signoff to finalize budget plans and; and
• Effectively lead the financial performance presentations covering past performance and Forecast
• Effectively manage the escalations from business team/corporate MIS team and other stakeholders without any delay
• Revenue recognition and posting validation with central revenue team

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• MIS reporting
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting
• Collections
• Reporting
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or M.Com
