About the role

Build, deepen and continuously improve 1Network across Members, Individual Partners (IPs), Organizational Partners (OPs), Network IP and Network Operations, improving coverage, quality, engagement, speed and economics.

What you'll do

  • Build and strengthen the proprietary member base across B2C, B2B and Professionals
  • Own member acquisition, onboarding, profiling, verification, segmentation, engagement, retention/reactivation, quality scoring and identification of coverage gaps
  • Build and manage the network of individual partners who provide access to members/sample
  • Own IP identification, onboarding, capability mapping, engagement, performance reviews, quality assessment, commercials and development of high-performing IPs
  • Build and manage organizations that provide sample/recruitment capabilities

What you need

  • 4–6 yrs of experience
  • CRM
  • SOP writing
  • Any graduate
