Manager, Network Development

About the role

Guides team in the design and development of network systems for large-scale enterprise, data center, or cloud-based environments, leading strategy for production network and collaborating with vendors and internal quality assurance (QA) teams. Manages the maintenance of advanced automation frameworks for testing and operations, guiding the team in automating network tasks and monitoring health metrics.

What you'll do

• Offers guidance and direction on moderately complex test cases and test strategies that enhance network integrity at the team level
• Acts as a technical resource for test practices and strategies, driving efforts towards the development of testing protocols within the team
• Enables the team to perform break-fix validation support and post-event root cause analysis (RCA)
• Guides the creation and completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) items
• Attends change management and technical change advisory (TCAB) or review board meetings
