Manager of Field Account West & North

About the role

In this field-based leadership role, you will guide Field Account Managers, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure disciplined account execution to accelerate growth and support better health for more people. This position is based in Mumbai, India and requires extensive customer-facing engagement across the territory.

What you'll do

• Drive territory sales execution by reviewing pipeline trends, monitoring opportunity progression
• Align with Business Unit Technical Sales teams to coordinate early technical engagement and solution positioning across opportunities
• Ensure sales process discipline through CRM (SFDC) compliance, rigorous opportunity qualification, high-quality documentation
• Govern execution of account plans across the territory by tracking progress, resolving escalations
• Drive adoption of the commercial operating model by monitoring process adherence, collaboration between Account Management and Technical Sales teams
