Manager - Operations

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Operations to lead and optimize operational workflows across our OPD, AHC, and wellness verticals. The ideal candidate will have strong domain exposure in healthtech aggregators, TPAs, insurers, brokers, or hospital networks and will bring proven experience in managing medium to large teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operational processes across OPD, AHC, claims coordination, and provider networks
• Ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery across corporate and insurer partnerships
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
• Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage medium/large-sized operations teams

What you need
