About the role

Responsible for supporting change by leading, enabling and supporting the identification and quantification of continuous improvement opportunities where LEAN Six Sigma methodology can be applied to successfully transform organizational culture and deliver business results. Actively participate as a member of the Site Leadership Team.

What you'll do

• Facilitate communication of LEAN initiatives in various forums – Hallway, Townhall and briefings with senior leadership
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Track and report progress on improvement initiatives that are aligned to business needs
• Drive measurable improvements in customer, productivity and product flow
• Develop strong working relationships with all levels to sustain a continuous improvement culture

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• MS Office
• Lean
• Kaizen
• Process improvement
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Pharm or M.Pharm
