What you'll do

• Drive assigned business targets and meeting all key parameters Indicators
• Lead, motivate and manage team of sales managers
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase business volumes, wallet share with the assigned channel partner
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to bridge achievement gaps
• Build and strengthen the relationship with channel Partners and key stakeholders
