What you'll do

• Own and manage the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely salary disbursement
• Manage salary structures, CTC breakups, deductions, reimbursements, tax calculations, and other payroll components
• Process full and final settlements, including notice pay, leave encashment, recoveries, and other applicable components
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll approvals, salary disbursement, payroll accounting, provisions, and monthly reconciliations
• Ensure accurate generation and distribution of payslips and payroll reports
