Manager – People Tech & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Technology professional to support the transformation of our HR tech landscape into a more integrated, scalable, and AI-ready ecosystem over the next 12–24 months. The role combines ownership of existing HR systems with responsibility for driving future technology transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the HR technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and AI adoption
• Evaluate and implement new HR technology solutions aligned to business needs
• Drive process redesign and technology-enabled improvements across the employee lifecycle
• HR Systems Implementation & Administration

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• SuccessFactors
• Stakeholder management
• Process improvement
• Project management
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
