About the role

Manager - Planning at Godrej Industries Group. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Planning to oversee and manage the planning activities of large construction projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution, from design to completion
• Conduct micro-planning to optimize project workflows, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency
• Monitor project progress against timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare detailed budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial controls are in place

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Any graduate
