About the role

Responsible for optimizing product design, tooling performance, cycle time, and manufacturing quality through advanced simulation techniques. Ensure First time Right Design with complete ownership from manufacturing point of view.

What you'll do

  • Lead Mold Flow Simulation activities for all plastic component programs
  • Define plastic engineering standards and simulation workflows
  • Drive simulation-based design validation and optimization
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design guidelines
  • Support early concept assessments to improve manufacturability

What you need

  • 8–12 yrs of experience
