About the role

A strong candidate with required skillset (managed large programme’s in the capacity of Programme Manager) is critical for the project. Lead business Change Investment prioritization and planning for the years ahead, in alignment with business or workstream strategy.

What you'll do

• Conduct AS-IS operational process analysis across functions and regions
• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and pain points
• Support future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops with operations teams and business stakeholders
• Define business requirements and operational capabilities

What you need

• 7–11 yrs of experience
• Business analysis
• Any graduate
