What you'll do

• Lead PMO functions for solar and renewable energy projects, ensuring effective governance, planning, execution, and performance tracking across the project portfolio
• Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, processes, and governance mechanisms to drive project consistency and delivery excellence
• Develop, monitor, and control integrated project schedules, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones and project objectives
• Oversee project cost performance, budget adherence, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple renewable energy projects
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions
