About the role

PwC’s Indirect Tax Practice provides comprehensive advice and assistance on Goods & Services Tax (GST), Customs duties, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), erstwhile Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT/CST laws and relevant rules/ regulations framed thereunder. Advice on classification, valuation, applicability of taxes on transactions and admissibility to tax benefits/exemptions

What you'll do

• Advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution
• Support our clients with all aspects of indirect taxation related to global
• Providing innovative but rigorous tax planning ideas
• Conducting detailed indirect tax due diligence reviews (buy side / sell side)
• Drafting replies to notices and Drafting appeals and submissions

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Indirect tax
• GST
• Direct tax
• Transfer pricing
• Due diligence
• Chartered Accountant or LLB or Company Secretary
