About the role

Responsible for achieving API production targets while ensuring compliance, safety, quality, cost control, manpower management, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Promote a strong safety culture across production areas. 15-18 years of experience in API pharma manufacturing

What you'll do

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily API manufacturing activities
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and monthly output targets
  • Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources
  • Monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with approved BMR/BPR
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements
