What you'll do

• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to ensure optimal resource utilization and smooth facility operations
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to approved expenditure
• Maintain regular client interactions to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Engage with clients to drive housekeeping initiatives, emphasizing proactive cleaning, preventive maintenance, and the upkeep of assets and common areas
• Plan and conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly training programs for building staff to enhance operational efficiency and service standards
