Manager Quality Control (Testing Operations) for MV AIS Panels

About the role

The role involves technical leadership, team management, quality assurance, testing operations, continuous improvement, and customer coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate testing activities for MV AIS panels, typically in the 3.3 kV to 36 kV range
• Review and approve test procedures, protocols, and test reports
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot complex technical issues during testing
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications and applicable testing standards
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of test engineers and technicians
