About the role

CA candidates with 8+ years of relevant R2R experience. Deep understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, governance, and control frameworks. Opportunity to lead a strategic R2R function within a large global GCC. Significant people leadership responsibility across a sizeable finance organisation.

What you'll do

• Lead global R2R operations in a high-impact shared services setup
• Drive transformation, standardisation and process excellence initiatives
• Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations for the Americas region from the India-based GCC
• Manage a team structure comprising direct reports, team leads, and a broader accounting organisation supporting global stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
