Verifications of documents - Verification of loan documents through empaneled agencies for ensuring curtailing of fraud at entry level. Background / Profile checks-Checks on profile of customer / various agencies through market intelligence/feedback Ensure standardized RCU processes are followed across various locations in terms of basic sampling and reporting thereof
