Manager, RDBU Marketing Strategy/Operations(US Pharma/Biotech Industry)

About the role

As an AIN member of the US brand marketing organization, the RDBU Marketing Operations Manager partners closely with assigned RDBU brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize commercial brand plans through excellence in content operations, MLR coordination, omnichannel campaign execution and deployment.

What you'll do

• Oversee campaign deployment activities across field, digital channels, ensuring content readiness, quality assurance, channel configuration and launch preparedness
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign and program delivery with AIN delivery pods, commercial stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure on-time
• Lead day-to-day engagement with agencies, production partners and external vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, quality standards and performance expectations
