About the role

As Regional Business Development Manager (Accessories) , you will drive Accessories retail growth across the assigned region by improving dealer performance, increasing accessory penetration, strengthening retail conversion, executing OEM-led initiatives, and achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business development objectives.

What you'll do

• Drive Accessories retail growth across the assigned region by improving dealer performance, increasing accessory penetration, strengthening retail conversion
• Deliver regional Accessories retail and billing targets in coordination with RSMs and ASMs
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with OEM growth objectives
• Monitor dealer, MADB, and branch performance and drive corrective actions for underperforming locations
• Track key business KPIs and ensure sustainable growth
