About the role

As Regional Business Development Manager (Accessories), you will drive Accessories retail growth across the assigned region by improving dealer performance, increasing accessory penetration, strengthening retail conversion, executing OEM-led initiatives, and achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business development objectives.

What you'll do

  • Support Regional team for Accessories Billing Target Achievement
  • Inventory Health & Availability
  • Drive Accessories retail growth across the assigned region by improving dealer performance, increasing accessory penetration, strengthening retail conversion
  • Deliver regional Accessories retail and billing targets in coordination with RSMs and ASMs
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with OEM growth objectives
