About the role

To ensure efficient and compliant branch operations by managing rental fleet performance, monitoring systems and processes, and driving data-led insights. The role focuses on optimizing asset utilization, improving operational efficiency, and enabling seamless coordination across branches and cross-functional teams to support business performance and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Rental Equipment Software & System Management
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Rental Equipment Management Software for all branches
• Coordinate with IT / software providers for system updates, issue resolution, user access, and escalations
• Ensure accurate data entry, process adherence, and utilization of the software across branch teams
• Monitoring, Analysis & Escalations

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com
