  • Annual Research and Evaluation Plan
  • Alignment of the annual plan with the project design, LFA, and ToC for various projects
  • Track the project input and output as per the MERA annual plan
  • Use checklist methods (before, during, and after plans) for each research and evaluation activity
  • Submit weekly or monthly reports on project performance and key insights and gaps
