About the role

To underwrite mortgage business and manage the portfolio in assigned branch /location

What you'll do

• Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities
• Under write proposals as per the laid down policies & procedure to honour the agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes
• Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic
• Assess income to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance over long tenures
• Maintain Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS and other operations related MIS of the cluster and regularly reporting the same
