Manager - Retail Facility Management (Own Retail Stores)

About the role

This role is responsible for the quality management, development and coordination of Retail Facilities Management services across the adidas retail store portfolio in India. The role ensures stores operate in a safe, compliant, efficient and brand-appropriate environment by managing hard and soft facilities management services, statutory compliance, maintenance program, supplier performance and facility-related projects.

What you'll do

• Manage complex facility management activities requiring strong operational expertise, judgement and autonomous decision-making
• Plan, organize and monitor retail facility management processes to ensure safe, compliance and uninterrupted store operations
• Ensure all hard and soft facilities management services are delivered to agreed standards, including maintenance, cleaning, waste management
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability and reduce reactive maintenance spending
• Monitor and manage reactive maintenance activities, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service levels
