Job Description – RGM Manager – B13 (GCC India) Role Title Manager – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) The RGM Manager will lead advanced analytics and strategic initiatives across key RGM levers including Pricing, Promotion Analytics, Trade Investments, Assortment Strategy, and Pack Price Architecture.

What you'll do

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive data-led commercial decisions and unlock profitable growth for the business
Lead end-to-end RGM analytics across pricing, promotion, assortment, and pack-price architecture
Translate business problems into structured RGM analysis and strategic playbooks
Drive development of long-term and short-term pricing & promotion strategies 2. Pricing & Promotion Analytics
Develop and deploy price elasticity, promotion uplift, and ROI models
