Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics / Revops (Hybrid- Bangalore)

About the role

This is a senior people management role at the intersection of analytical strategy and operational execution — you will own the day-to-day leadership of five Senior Revenue Operations Analysts and one Data Engineer, while serving as a key strategic partner to Go-To Market (GTM) leadership globally.

What you'll do

• People Leadership & Team Development
• Directly manage 5 Senior Revenue Operations Analysts and 1 Data Engineer in Bangalore, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and operational support
• Set clear priorities, hold the team accountable for high-quality and timely outputs, and own performance management including merit reviews and calibrations
• Support career growth through regular 1:1s, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating mentorship and development opportunities
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for the Bangalore team
