Manager, Rights Management

About the role

The Manager, Rights Management oversees the day-to-day administration and quality of content-rights data in Rightsline. This role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Rights & Scheduling, ensures that rights information received from Business Affairs and Content Acquisition is complete, interpretable, accurately configured, and maintained through approved controls.

What you'll do

• Perform quality checks and reconciliation: regularly audit datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy and clarity, and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare operational reporting: prepare analysis on work volume, completeness, accuracy, and data variances for business targets with cross-functional teams
• Support special projects: provide input and oversight on projects ranging from systems improvement UAT to data reconciliation initiatives
• Manage a team of analysts: lead a team of analysts who will enter contract details in Rightsline and ensure SLAs are met
