About the role

The Manager – RTR is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Record-to-Report operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective period-end close. The role provides leadership to the RTR team while continuous improvement. The key responsibilities of the Manager - RTR are:

What you'll do

• Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Record-to-Report
• Partnering with Finance stakeholders to drive operational excellence, standardization, and
• Monitoring adherence to the month-end close period to ensure duties are performed efficiently and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements including income tax, GST, and employment taxes
• Support the corporate reporting to prepare financial statements, financial reports and other annual external compliance reports

What you need

• 8–11 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Excel
• ERP
• GST
• Reconciliation
• Month-end close
• CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant
