About the role

Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned) Confer with customers in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

What you'll do

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities, check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
• Prepare quotation and generate sale order to the system
• Prepare sales forecast in Tm1 in coordination with GM Sales & Marketing
• Maintain and update the customer information or files
