Manager- Sales & Ops - Finance

About the role

You own CREW's finance operations: every amount we collect, refund and pay out is correct, on time and compliant, and leadership always knows how the business is doing. You will lead the Finance Executives, set up the controls for a fast-growing travel business, and work closely with Swiggy's central finance, tax and audit teams.

What you'll do

• Partner payments. Own payments to hotels, DMCs, airlines, visa partners and cab vendors. Make sure every payment is checked against the booking, approved and paid on time
• Reconciliation. Make sure customer payments, refunds, payment gateway settlements and partner invoices are matched every day, and every gap is closed
• PO / PR and controls. Own the PO / PR process and approval rules. Set up simple controls (maker-checker
• Refunds, chargebacks and disputes. Make sure customer refunds go out on time, partner refunds for cancelled bookings come back in
• Month-end and audits. Run monthly closing for CREW, review partner payable balances, investigate unusual items and support internal and statutory audits
