About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Responsibilities also include creating Business Process Documents (BPDs), writing Functional Specifications (FS), developing test cases, and preparing user training materials.

What you'll do

• Create detailed system documentation, test scripts, and presentations
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP MM S/4 HANA, including issue analysis, resolution, and user assistance
• Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution for enhancements and projects
• Assist with SAP MM Retail projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and implementation of new functionalities
• Configure SAP MM and Retail systems to meet business requirements
