About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Manager to lead SAP Sales & Distribution operations, implementation projects, enhancements, and support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD, stakeholder management skills, and experience leading teams in delivering business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• SAP SD Functional Leadership
• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
• Manage business process design, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
• Returns and Complaints Processing
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements
