About the role

Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place . Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system.

What you'll do

• The School Success Manager role can be split into two key functions: Reactive support and proactive support
• Cater to the training requests received from schools
• Coordinate the closing of bugs/ requests received from schools through emails or other communication channels
• Ideate and devise ways to continuously improve our interactions with the schools
• Analyse the usage details from their partner schools and work to improve on the same

What you need

• 2–8 yrs of experience
• Teaching
• Communication
• Any graduate
