About the role

Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching - Program, design, and assist with Agile framework activities, including daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning meetings involving the team, initiative owners, and stakeholders. Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace
  • Enable process activities by inspiring the team to Strategic Alignment & Project Planning - Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope
  • Support initiative/product owners in developing the inception deck and identifying necessary squad resources
  • Closing & Transition - Finalize activities across all Project Management Process Groups to formally close the project or phase
