Manager- SDR

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Lead – SDR to drive our outbound sales efforts and lead a growing team of SDRs. You’ll combine individual contribution with team management, coach reps, and ensure consistent sales pipeline generation.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to exceed targets
• Own outbound prospecting strategy and execution (Cold Call, Email, LinkedIn Prospecting)
• Track performance metrics (Calls, Emails, Discovery booked)
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead qualification
• Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs

What you need
