About the role

The Client Solutions team specializes in developing bespoke workplace strategies that address intricate client challenges, serving as a critical nexus between Sales and project design & delivery. As the primary technical interface during the sales lifecycle, this team ensures that every committed solution is feasible, realistic, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

What you'll do

• Enterprise Solutioning & Technical Sales
• Guide the Client Solutions team on pitch strategy and solution development
• Provide leadership oversight of key pitches and technical recommendations; direct hands-on solutioning or client involvement should be required based on complexity
• Partner with Sales and Enterprise teams to understand client business objectives, workplace strategy, headcount, operational requirements and timelines
• Identify opportunities to optimise solutions based on cost, time, quality, experience and operational requirements

What you need
