What you'll do

• Work with senior team on screening opportunities and coordinating feedback from business teams
• Develop relations with various investment banks to obtain possible acquisition ideas/ opportunities
• Support in identifying buyers and execution of internal divestment opportunities
• Financial analysis and Due Diligence
• Review financial statements, cap table, management projections etc

What you need
