Manager / Senior Manager - Mutual Fund Operations at Groww. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager - Operations to join our Mutual Fund team.

What you'll do

• Involve coordinating and ensuring the seamless execution of various functions within the mutual fund operations framework, including transaction processing
• Supervise daily NAV calculations and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure proper reconciliation of investment portfolios, bank accounts, and other key operational data
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk
• Implement best practices in fund accounting, transaction processing, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
