Manager / Senior Manager, Vessel Accounting

About the role

The Vessel Accounting Team Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day vessel accounting activities for managed vessels and supporting accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and expense control. The role acts as a key link between vessel accountants, management, technical teams, and vessel owners to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

What you'll do

• Be working with a team of a highly passionate, self-driven and committed group of people
• Overseeing daily accounting activities for assigned vessels
• Review and verify vessel-related invoices, journal entries etc
• Maintain accurate vessel-wise accounting records and reconciliations
• Review provisional SOA for Handover vessels

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Reconciliation

• Bookkeeping
• Chartered Accountant
