About the role

The Manager - Service Branch is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring adherence to operational TATs, regulatory guidelines and internal controls. The role manages settlement and return processing, reconciliation, mandate monitoring, vendor and stakeholder coordination, NPCI and correspondent bank interactions, audit and compliance activities, MIS reporting and team management to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring adherence to operational TATs, regulatory guidelines and internal controls
• Responsible for adhering to the operational TAT guidelines and norms
• Handling audit & audit queries
• Mentoring and on boarding of new joinee
• Analyzing and monitoring workflow to identify risk factors and erradication of frauds

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
