• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Simulation Lab, ensuring smooth functioning of all training activities
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate simulation-based training programs for clinical and non-clinical healthcare staff
• Maintain simulation equipment, mannequins, audiovisual systems, and related learning resources
• Ensure simulation scenarios are aligned with clinical competencies, patient safety standards, and organizational objectives
• Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance contracts, and procurement requirements
