About the role

Acquire new business in Commercial Lines (SME segment) through appointed agency partners. Recruit, onboard, and train SME agency partners. Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and joint calls. Monitor and drive daily activity, productivity, and conversion ratios. Maintain strong relationships with agents and SME customers.
