About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, modernization, and support of scalable, high-volume applications within the Card Payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical leadership, people management, Java engineering expertise, payment domain knowledge, and AI-driven engineering practices.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization
• Review system designs, code quality, and production readiness
• Champion modernization initiatives and cloud-native development
