About the role
Payments Network Technology is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead engineering teams delivering secure, reliable, and scalable payment-network capabilities. The role combines people leadership, technology direction, delivery accountability, and cross-functional partnership.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop 1-2 engineering teams
- Set engineering direction aligned with product priorities, architecture standards, resiliency, security, and operational objectives
- Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of services, balancing customer commitments, technical investment, risk, and capacity
- Build an inclusive, accountable engineering culture through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and career development
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, Security, and dependent programs to resolve priorities and delivery risks
