About the role

**This position will be working 100% Remotely from your home office in India as part of a distributed team in the USA, Canada, Europe and several locations in India. The working hours for this position still overlap with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. As a SavvyMoney Manager, Solution Configuration, you will be responsible for -

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a large configuration team that completes high-volume, technically complex work for multiple partner implementations at the same time
• Build and maintain a capacity model that shows how much work the team can complete in a given period
• Use the capacity model to forecast when the team is over-allocated, and raise it before due dates are missed
• Onboard new team members using a documented training plan with clear steps to independent work
• Schedule and Delivery Management
