Manager - Sourcing, Accessories

About the role

The Manager – Sourcing & Procurement (Plastic Parts, Trims & Accessories) will be responsible for sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and localization of plastic parts, hard trims, soft trims, accessories, and related raw materials for automotive applications.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for plastic parts, hard trims, soft trims, accessories, tooling, and related raw materials
• Source, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers based on quality, cost, technical capability, manufacturing expertise, capacity
• Support new product development through supplier identification, technical-commercial evaluation, supplier nomination, and sourcing governance
• Monitor market trends for polymers, trim materials, textiles, foams, leatherette, and related commodities to identify cost and supply optimization opportunities
• Manage sourcing of injection-molded components, interior and exterior plastic parts, hard trims, soft trims, automotive accessories, and related materials
