Manager / Sr. Manager Events

About the role

As an event manager, your primary role is organising corporate events both Virtual and brick and mortar, Establish & Manage Relationship with Stakeholders, and other departments to enrich the experience of the delegates. In fulfilling this role, you will create a project plan for end-to-end event management, to create a WOW experience, implement visits/events, trackers, and ensure that the overall event branding and objectives are met.

What you'll do

• Executing Client Visits across all channels (In person, Virtual & Hybrid) end to end
• Events planning – Go lives, Site Shoots, etc
• Brainstorming and implementing visits plans and concepts
• Prepare rough drafts for idea presentations to stakeholders
• Preparing trackers for all visits/events and sharing it with the team and stakeholders

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• PowerPoint
• Problem solving
• Branding
• BBA or MBA
