prepare budget at company level, set KPI’s for all functions in line with the budget, monitor the KPI’s and initiate necessary corrective action prepare monthly financial review (P&L, segment/division wise profitability, product wise profitability, failure cost, working capital etc.), deviation analysis, plan corrective actions in consultation with respective functions and follow on the same
